The introduction of residential, retail and leisure uses alongside the established office and hotel functions in the surrounding area will contribute the increasing diversity of the site and facilitate and encourage activity after business hours.
The Commercial Space of 2,868m2 opens onto a pedestrian boulevard running the entire length of the site, which provides access to the apartment courtyards and connects to the new light-rail (LUAS) station directly adjacent to the site. The ventilated Basement provides 530 car parking spaces.
