Since 2014 John Sisk & Son has been following our key clients across Europe. Sisk have a team of dedicated staff on the ground in European countries.
We have over 35 years' experience in construction delivery and project management of complex data centres and IT facilities for some of the world's leading ICT businesses.
Having developed a unique understanding of the complexities of delivering these projects, our team has been appointed by world-leading organisations confident in the knowledge that their new facility will be delivered with flawless execution.
This solid performance and reputation has resulted in the award of numerous high-level contracts in the micro-electronics, retail, ICT and data sectors over a sustained period with exceptional success.

Donal McCarthy
Chief Operating Officer (COO) Data Centres, Life Sciences & Technology
Donal is Chief Operating Officer (COO) Data Centres, Life Sciences & Technology. Donal has held numerous senior positions since re-joining the company in 2002 following an eight-year period working in the construction industry in New York. Prior to that he worked as a graduate engineer with Sisk, having joined the company in 1990.
Owen Sisk
Managing Director, Data Centres
Owen is one of the fifth generation of the Sisk family. In 2009 he commenced our first civil engineering project in the UK and managed much of our civils work across the UK including a number of the London 2012 Olympics projects, one of the UK’s largest onshore windfarms and other infrastructure projects.
He has led a group-wide business transformation programme over recent years and was appointed to the European business in 2019 as Regional Director, working primarily in Life Sciences. In 2022 Owen became Managing Director for Data Centres.
Diarmuid O'Sullivan
Director - Data/ICT, Ireland & Europe
Diarmuid has over 28 years experience working with Sisk and is currently responsible for delivering mission critical Data Centre projects from pre-construction stage through to final commissioning and handover for large multinational clients.
