Friday 20th November 2020: Congratulations to Ian O’Connor, John Sisk & Son who has been named ‘Private Sector Energy Manager’ 2020 at the EMA (European Manager Association) awards.
Commenting on the award win Ian said: “I’m thrilled to receive this award, Sisk started on this journey a number of years ago having developed an iso50001 accredited energy management system. This really opened our eyes to energy use in construction."
He added: "The achievements we’ve made to date wouldn’t have been possible without the encouragement from the Sisk family, a forward thinking management team and last but not least, the boots on the ground and staff in the office, all of whom have shown a willingness and passion to make energy efficiency work throughout our business.”
