Sisk celebrates the graduation of 28 participants from graduate programme
Sisk’s Excelerate programme targets talented graduates in all fields of construction and assists participants to work towards professional accreditation and chartership through a series of placements and supplemented by high-quality professional training ensuring the development of a broad range of skills and experiences.
The graduation included a speed dating style event, where each Excelerate had 15 minutes to present their brief, “A Heads Up to my Graduated Self” conveying a message as if they were speaking to their former selves about the journey they are about to embark on and the key findings from it, by comparing and contrasting one great project and one not so great project and what they learned from each one.
