Initial operations included service diversions, demolition and ground improvement.
Cost efficiency was achieved by designing the buildings to be constructed in reinforced concrete with post-tensioned floor slabs up to terrace level. The final floor of apartments was constructed using a timber frame. The envelope is brickwork and glazing with a Metsec system for the inner skin of the external wall.
Electric panel heating was provided and the kitchens were fully fitted including white goods. The apartments were progressively handed over during the project to facilitate early occupancy.
