Lampwick, close to Manchester city centre, achieved practical completion in September 2021. The project comprises 213 apartments with associated communal areas including a gym, clubroom and reception areas, four commercial units, car parking with EV chargers and associated landscaping.
Manchester Life development company is a joint venture between Manchester City Council and the Abu Dhabi United Group. Throughout the project the team had numerous challenges that they helped with due to their connections within the city, from helping to achieve planning condition discharge throughout the UK Covid-19 lockdown. Planning, people and positive relationships were the ingredients for success at Lampwick.
