Tuesday 19th October 2021: Vision Built, the John Sisk & Son offsite manufacturing company based in the West of Ireland has appointed Siún Tobin as UK Business Development Lead. Siún will be based in St Albans near London and will help spearhead our increasing presence in the UK market. Siún joined Sisk in 2020 to work as a Business Analyst within the Sisk Construction Services business.
Vision Built has manufactured and delivered many light-gauge steel-frame buildings into the UK over several years. However, with a wider, more sophisticated range of products to offer it is now hoping to increase its market share there.
Vision Built’s light-gauge steel products have a good strength to weight ratio making them affordable to export, which allows them to manufacture in rural Ireland and export globally at competitive prices.
Siun Tobin said: “I am thrilled to take up the role as UK Business Development Lead with Vision Built. We continue to offer 2D panelised solutions, but now we offer increased pre-manufactured value (PMV) in line with the UK government’s guidelines. Additionally, we have been busy delivering fully modular offsite solutions to the Irish market, which we are extending to the UK.”
