A total of 620 homes will be built with 60% of these being affordable


Tuesday 14th September 2021: The Arden Team DAC, comprising of Ó Cualann Cohousing Alliance, Sisk Living and Kelland Homes, is delighted to announce that they have come together to support the delivery of the Foothills Killinarden Development for South Dublin City County Council.

The Arden Team DAC is committed to the Foothills development at Killinarden, as a tremendous opportunity to create a thriving new community at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains.

The development will embrace both the existing community and features of the locality, whilst realising its own unique identity. It will comprise of a fully integrated mix of Affordable Purchase, Social and Private homes to provide accommodation in a tenure blind scheme.
