Kilmacud House consists of 60 residential units, comprising: the external and internal conservation, alteration, repair and refurbishment of the original Kilmacud House.
This involves the demolition of an existing 1950's two storey extension and miscellaneous outbuildings, new stair core extension to first floor level on the south elevation, new windows and doors to external elevations, remove and replace roof lights, internal subdivision, all to accommodate the provision of five residential apartment and duplex units (two one-bed apartment, one two-bed duplex and two three-bed apartments).
Construction also includes two new four storey (set back at third floor) apartment buildings, accommodating 55 apartment units (ten one-bed, thirty four two-bed and eleven three-bed) over a basement car park.
